So how can we be contradicting; “One-Day-At-A-Time” VS MILESTONES? Well that’s simple; you reach your MILESTONES by successfully quitting one day at a time. Funny thing, those single days really do add up to something very special to you and hopefully to your loved ones. MILSTONES for the most part are a personal achievement and others close to you may not see them as such a big deal. No worries, remember why you quit to begin with; YOU QUIT FOR YOU! Celebrate your successes and if the other people close to you don’t understand, who cares. You always have us to pat you on your back or kick you in the ass. So go ahead and set your goals and celebrate your MILESTONES, just get there by quitting one day at a time. As our buddy Al says “this quitting stuff is worth it”. So here’s to all the MILSTONES that you have already hit and to the goals that you have yet to achieve! |
