quick story...

My sister and brother-in-law went on a 3 week 4000 mile motorcycle trip down into vegas, etc. My b-i-l quit smoking over five, 5, V years ago. That's over 1800 days for us day counters. While on the trip, he smoked a couple cigars. When he told me I shook my head and asked how he was feeling now. You guessed it, he's been craving ever since.

WE ARE ADDICTS. ANY USAGE OF NICOTINE IN ANY FORM RE-OPENS THE NEURAL PATHWAYS THAT MAKE US CRAVE NIC. WE HAVE WORKED TOO HARD AT CLOSING THOSE TO LET THAT HAPPEN. THERE IS NO SAFE TIME, AMOUNT OR FORM OF NICOTINE FOR AN ADDICT.
