Young’s Chew Update – Out of Business
The first official Smokeless Alternative Review I ever posted was for Young’s Chew.
I hate to say it, but as of now I believe Young’s Chew to be out of business.
- Their Twitter account hasn’t tweeted since May 23, 2011.
- Their Facebook page hasn’t been updated since September 30, 2012.
- There have been several complaints about slow service and unresponsive emails on our Young’s Chew Review page.
- I’ve sent several emails to the folks at Young’s and they’ve bounced back as undeliverable.
The Young’s Chew website (youngschew.com) is still up and will take orders but I’d strongly advise you to proceed with caution. Buyer beware. (UPDATE 6.15.2021 – Young’s Chew website has been decommissioned.)
If any new information becomes available I’ll certainly post it here, but for the time being I think it’s safe to say that Young’s Chew is no more. Thanks to the folks at Young’s for providing a product for quitters for as long as they did.
UPDATE 7.30.2020 – the Young’s website is now going to a landing page that is in a different language. It’s safe to say they’re no longer in business.
I am formulating a new line of chewing tobacco replacement. Do you know what the ingredients were in Young’s? What flavors did you like?
I quit at the right time. Three years ago I bought a few cases of Young’s after trying the sample pack as it was the most reasonably priced I found. Also tasted good. At first I thought the taste was a negative as it didn’t taste like tobacco, but soon was “hooked” and decided good taste wasn’t a bad thing.
Anyway, I’ve now been nicotine and tobacco free for three years next month. Young’s Chew made it bearable. I’m saddened if they’re gone, but I’m glad they were there when I needed them.
