Thanks everyone, 100 in and I got this ( No Graveings What So Ever Anymore ) After trying to quit a few times before I’ve learned a few things, in order to quit you need to know the difference between wanting to quit and God Dammit I have to quit.

Every body needs to find their own quitting strategy, everyone is going to be different ( not what Google tells you how to quit) I was different, I was told to throw all my chew away in my past quits, didn’t work. It drove me nuts driving by Gas Stations. This time l carried a unopened tin in my pocket every were I went just in case. It worked it cut down on anxiety knowing it was there even if I wasn’t going to open it.

Also what helped me get through tuff stretches was to look up youtube commercials for St. Jude’s Hospital and see what those kids are going through made made my rough stretches look like nothing. Also seeing all the people here going through the same thing, and how common this addiction is and your not alone!!!! To people who just started your quit BE PATIENT I know alot of you are spending time on Google seeing everything should be better in 3-4 weeks.

After 42 years of chewing I finally are starting to feel way better after 3 months, and I’ll be willing to bet people here will agree it takes months not weeks, but it’s so worth it. Hang in there find your quit strategy go balls out!!!!! It gets better.
