I turned 40 last year, lost 40 lbs. before my birthday, took up running and ran 20 miles on my BD. I stopped and took a look at my life and realized I was losing a battle to something I had control of if I wanted it. So I quit and stayed that way.
I want to thank everyone who posted because it helped and Skippy I just wanted to post before you today that really helped ( ‘crackup’ ). I really want to thank my Wife and Daughters as they lived with me daily through this.
For you old timers you guys rock. For you soon to be old timers You will rock.
