The ‘3-3-3’ Rule

I realized a few things after quitting:
One was unfortunately how long it takes to feel “normal” after quitting. My personal experience was most similar to the 3 3 3 rule, where the worst is the first 3 days, you feel mostly normal and can sleep better after 3 weeks, and are almost, 100% after 3 months (though it will isn’t completely over).
The other, was that I was going through “mini withdraws” while I was using too. If you waited longer to use or used less you’d have an off day or be more irritated and blame it on something else. So, you may feel worse now than before, but here shortly you’ll feel better than you ever did with nicotine.
Also, I failed several times before I was successful and withdraws is a little different for everyone. Don’t give up.
