Jake’s Mint Chew French Vanilla Pouches Review

Jake's Mint Chew French Vanilla SquareBack this morning with a few reviews of Jake’s Mint Chew products. I hesitate to post these reviews because I believe the flavors are either discontinued or will be in the near future, but I’m a completionist and I can’t bring myself not to post reviews of products I’ve sampled. Also, hoping that these will make a return one day.

In any case, I’m into completionism and since I have these samples I’m going to review them. Today’s flavor is Jake’s Mint Chew French Vanilla Pouches.

For the above reasons I’m going to keep this review rather short.

I’ll point you to this paragraph from my previous Jake’s review as it’s still 100% valid:

Jake’s has been remarkably consistent with their products through the years and that’s a very good thing. All of their pouch products use the same pouch material and produce a good amount of saliva (even if the pouch itself isn’t super moist). It really boils down to personal preference if you like the specific flavor.

As I always do I tested using TWO pouches which seems about right in terms of flavor and longevity of the chew. For context I used to get about six dips out of a can of Kodiak. Absolutely OUTSTANDING smell when popping the can. Warm vanilla tones that remind me of baking cookies with my mom growing up.

I have to commend Jake’s… all of their products provide enough saliva for a long lasting chew. I don’t spit but you certainly could. Picking up a bit more mint here than I have with previous flavors but not overpowering at all. If you give these a ‘push’ you’ll get an intense flavor burst which is really quite nice. These are a recommend even if you’re not a coffee drinker.
